About 1,7 milliard kWh electric power was generated at the state energy system in June of the current year. From this capacity more than 1,5 milliard was produced by Thermal Power Plants  (TPP), more than 0,2 milliard kWh was generated by Hydro Power Plants (HPP).

It was noted in the information given by the Central Dispatch Office of the Joint Stock Company to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC.

Beside it, energy exchange was carried out with neighboring countries – Russian Federation, Turkey, Georgia and Islamic Republic of Iran.

Under the information given by the source, about 12,8 milliard kWh electric power was produced during last 7 months of the current year. By the way, about 11,4 milliard kWh was produced at TPP, about 1,4 milliard was generated at  HPP.
