Installation of SIL type meters was mainly completed. Construction of smart – card meters was  95 % achieved at constant people consumer group and 60 % at commercial group. And it makes influence for decreasing of used electric power value and increasing of payment percents.

According to the information given by region electric network to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC, as a result of enlarging of  applying process of new technology use was decreasing.

Under the information given by the source, necessary measures were carried out at Jalilabad – 1 and Shahriyar s/s by 110 kV. The stands of TL by 10 kV coming out of “Lekin” and “Jelayir” s/s were  changed. Beside it, capital repair work was carried out at TL by 10 kV feeding of “Goytepe” s/s by 35 kV. Installing of new and much more quality lines, fastening of iron – concrete stands, substituting of  the stands with much more quality ones are  included to the list of carried out work. In additional, capital and maintenance repair work were operated at a lot of transformer points. The transformer by 630 KVA was connected to transformer point at Bajiravan village.

By the way, reconstruction and construction of dispatch points are intended at the main s/s by 110/35/10.

According to the information given by the source informing about illegal use of electric power, this problem is active yet. One of the reason of this problem is big territory of Jalilabad region. At the same time, most of the territory is highland. Mainly open type conductors were used at these territory. And it makes opportunity for  illegal use of electric power by the consumers. The lines coming out of “Shehriyar” s/s by 110 kV feeding of Guneshli and Alar villages can be the example for most loss lines. Total number of subscribers of both  villages is 2400. More than 2 million kWh electric power was produced there during a month. Construction of smart – card type meters are started at two noted villages.

Lets` also noted at the end that, constantly spot – checks are carried out in order to discover the  subscribers interfered to the meter schemes. Analogical measures are continued.
