Breaking of the seals on up and down covers of the meters and breaking of view glasses and other indispositions are observed during carried out spot – checks in the line of checking of use of electric power by the consumers. Systematically the spot – checks are carried out in order to prevent of illegal use of electric power.

According to the information given by “Baghlar” electric network (EN) to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC, 49 violations of rule of electric power were discovered at the enterprise service territory in September of the current year (35 of them are included to people consumer group). Discovered infringements were acted and about 112 00 manat use value of more than 1866 00 kWh loosed electric power was restored (about 572 00 kWh is included to people consumer group). Some part of this sum was repaid during financial month.

Lets` noted that, 502 violations of rule were discovered (465 of them are belonging to people consumer group), more than 1382 00 manat use value of 2 million 304 000 kWh loosed electric power was restored (about 1 million 7848 00 kWh are belonging to people consumer group). About 93 % of this sum was repaid as a result of carried out measures and relevant measures are implemented in the line of repaying of the remainder sum.

Under the information given by “Khizi” EN, 71 infringements were discovered during carried out spot – checks within 9 months of the current year (65 of them are belonging to people consumer group). Discovered infringements were acted and about 17 000 manat use value of more than 2819 00 kWh loosed electric power was restored (about 2269 00 kWh are belonging to people consumer group). About 63 % of this sum was repaid as a result of carried out measures and relevant measures are implemented in the line of repaying of the remainder sum.

It should be noted that, 2 violations of rule of electric power were discovered (they are belonging to people consumer group), more than 197 manat use value of about 33 00 kWh loosed electric power was restored.
