PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PRESS SERVICE INFORMATION OF "AZERENERGY" OJSC

In the first quarter of this year - January, February and March, totally 2247 calls were made to the "Hotline" service number 186, which operates in "Azerenergy" OJSC.

According to the information given by the Public relations and press service of "Azerenergy" OJSC to Trend, requests, information and complaints addressed to the 24-hour continuously operative service throughout the day were listened and recorded.

All calls have been reviewed, investigated, and forwarded accordingly, including Saturday and Sunday of the week.

Therefore, during non-working days, which are related only to Novruz holiday,on March 20-26, totally 208 calls were recorded on "Hot Line" service.

In addition to the capital Baku, most of the appeals of various categories of people from different cities and regions of the republic, that is more than 99 percent, were related to issues beyond the duties and functions of Azerenergy OJSC.
