President of the Joint Stock Company Etibar Pirverdiyev made a broad opening speech. In the end, Director of the Azerbaijan Scientific-Research and Design-Search Power Engineering Institute academician Arif Hashimov talked about the exceptional services of great leader Heydar Aliyev in the protection and enrichment of national and spiritual values.
