Collective of “Shimal power plant” (PP) which was put into operation under supervision of great leader during independent period and which is most important generation power at Absheron peninsula, were successfully finished 11 months of the current year.  At present, the power plant is operated under the dispatcher graphic.

According to the information given by the power plant to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC, 130,1 million kWh electric energy was produced in November of the current year. Lets` noted that, 1 milliard 773,8 million kWh electric energy was generated there during 11 months of the current year.

Technical economical indicators are satisfactory as a result of carried out purposeful measures in the line of increasing of work stability of the equipments, supplying of stabile work regime of energy transmission and distribution systems.

Different setting repair work are implemented there as at other energy enterprises in order to normally spent of autumn – winter season of 2012/2013. At the same time, prophylactic repair work were implemented at electric equipments noted source was also added information about carried out measures during last three months of the current year.

Lets` also noted that, fire safety is also in the center of the attention. So that, fire pump were controlled for supplying of fire safety, discovered infringements were eliminated.  At the same time, fire extinguisher and fire give information systems were inspected. Water-line in 60 m. length was changed at switch yard by 110 kV. For this purpose against accident trainings were implemented for the workers.

Lets` remind that, development program of “Shimal” PP is successfully continued by leadership of Azerbaijan Republic. Construction of the second energy block by 409 MW was leaded at the enterprise in accordance to concluded contract with Toyo Engineering company of Japan. President Ilham Aliyev personally founded BQQ by 409 MW on 21 September of 2011.

It should be noted that, construction of energy block by 409 MW is continued presently.

Lets` noted at the end that, construction of new TL by 220 kV,  s/s by 220 kV will be operated. As a result of it, stability of electric energy will be much more strengthened at Absheron peninsula.
