According to the information given by the Central Dispatch Office of the Joint Stock Company to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC, more than 1,5 milliard kWh electric energy was produced at energy system in October of the curent year. From this capacity, more than 1,4 milliard kWh was generated by thermal power plant (TPP), about 0,1 milliard kWh was produced by hydro power plant.

It should be noted at the end that, energy transmission was operated at neighbouring  conutries – Russion Federation, Turkey and Islamic Republic of Iran.

Under other information given by the source, more than 17,5 milliard kWh was generated during 10 months of the current year. By the way, about 15,9 milliard kWh was generated at TPP, more than 1,6 milliard was produced at HPP.
