Systemically taken important steps  at the state, makes positive influence not only the spheres of economy but also its stabile development. So that, some carried out important public programs in the line of all directions of the republic was also implemented at the second industrial city of Sumgait. By the way, Sumgait power plant by 525 MW is supplying of Sumgait city and Absheron peninsula with energy. In additional, it takes the main role in regular and stabile work regime of energy distribution and transmission system.

According to the information given by mentioned enterprise to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC, more than 910,8 million kWh electric power was produced in accordance to the  dispatch graphic during 6 months of the current year. High results were achieved under technical – economical indicators as a result of carried out purposeful measures in the line of increasing of exploitation level and stabile work regime of energy transmission and distribution system, increasing of work efficiently of the equipments.

Lets` noted in accordance to the information given by the source, modification work was implemented at two  water pumps during last three months of the current year. At the same time, gas turbines number  11 and 12, generators, at the same time, the units of steam turbine were inspected. Beside all of them, maintenance check up was operated for the equipments in order to save optimal work regime of the power plant.

It should be noted that, fire safety is also in the center of the attention as at other energy objects. Workshops, administrative and subsidiary  buildings  were supported with fire mvllfd equipments, the territory was cleaned of dry grass. At the same time, some fire technical measures were carried out during mentioned period.

Lets` remind that, the power plant where constructed two gas turbines each power by 164 MW and one steam turbine by 189 MW is supported with modern type   equipments. Two OHL – Senaye govshaghi and Yashma  by 220 kV in 6,5 km line was installed and put into operation. This power plant is commissioned by Absolute Development Mechanism and was firstly registered on 15 October 2010 by CIS.
