It should be noted that during the 10 months of 2014, the resident population of 20.2 million kWh of electricity consumed by consumers was done that in 2013 the consumption of more than 2.2 million. Payment shall be increased by 5 percent. In particular, in October, the consumption of 168 kWh, compared to the same period last year, an increase of 1.9 million kWh.
