It should be noted that the company during the first 9 months of 2014, more than 380 violations were found at 61.6 million kWh of electricity was restored to more than 63700. In particular, private consumption by 2.6 million kilowatt-hours, compared to the same period last year, an increase of 29 million kWh. Payment shall be increased by 15 %.
