The 45 th meeting of CIS electro engineering council will be held in Baku on 25 th April. According to the information given to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC, delegates of correspondent organizations of  Russia Federation, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan republics are going to take part in this meeting.

It should be noted that the CIS Electric Power Council and its working body, the Executive Committee in February 1992, signed by the heads of government of the Union of the CIS member states in the field of electric energy in interstate relations , formed in accordance with the Treaty on connecting.

Its main task - based on the effective functioning of energy systems in the United States economy and the population for sustainable energy is to coordinate energy system.

By the way, has been held for the third time in the meeting of the CIS Council of electricity. The first was in 2004, while the second meeting was held in 2009.
