In particular, private consumption as compared to the corresponding period last year , an increase of 271,000 kilowatt- hours more than 3600000 . Absolute increase  of about 8 percent. By the way, during the first 9 months of under total consumption was 62.1 million kWh. As a result of the consumption of 1,7 million kWh, compared to the same period last year, the fee shall be increased by more than 8 percent. In particular, private consumption over the same period last year , an increase of 410,000 more than 38.4 million kWh, while the absolute increase of 7 percent.
