In spite of strengthening of control to meter account system, use of electric energy  in accordance to its intended purpose, carried out propaganda work among them, there are still observed interferes to meter account. And as a result of it, losses are increased and payment level is decreased. These type of indispositions are discovered by our staff in time and hard measures are carried out against these consumers. Even appeal about 18 consumers were sent to machinery law for carrying out of relevant measures during 8 months of the current year.

According to the information given by “Siyazan EN” to the Press – release of “Azerenergy” JSC, damages were discovered at the meters of 40 consumers during carried out spot – checks at the enterprise service territory in August of the current year.  Discovered infringements were relevantly acted and more than 57 00 manat use value of more than 959 00 kWh (more than 745 00 kWh belongs to private consumer group) loosed electric power was restored. Some part of this sum was repaid during financial period.

Lets` noted that, 159 violations of rule were discovered during carried out spot – checks within 8 months of the current year. And about 249 00 manat use value of more than 4144 00 kWh (about 2749 00 kWh belongs to private consumer group) loosed electric power was restored. Some part of this sum was repaid as a result of carried out measures and relevant measures are operated in the line of paying of the remainder sum.

Different setting repair work were implemented at  distribution networks during last three months of the current year in order to improve of energy supply of residence of  Siyazan city and region – noted source was also added information about  32,2 km of the lines by 10 kV was repaired, 4,4 km was substituted with new one, 40 stands were constructed.  About 41 km of the lines by 0,4 kV was repaid , 45 km line was substituted with new one, 9,6 km cable was stretched, 26 stands were controlled and loads of insulators were changed.

Lets` noted that, relevant measures were implemented at the network in the line of decreasing of technological looses. So that, 7 TP were prophylactic repaired, testing work was operated  and 10 cuttings were repaired. CTP by 259 KVA was repaired at Boyuk Hemye village.
